BELIEVE AND TRUST's Mission is to assist and work closely with individuals diagnosed with mental illness as well as their families, and significant others to ensure they have access to the full array of appropriate services and resources available in the community.

Mental Health Center.
Behavioral health services include a variety of services including Psychosocial
Rehabilitation Services (PSR), Individual & Family Therapy, Group Therapy,
Evaluations and Assessments, Psychotherapy, among others. These services are
provided to recipients with mental health and co-occurring mental health disorders
for the maximum reduction of the recipient’s disability and restoration to the best possible functional level.
Psychiatry.
Psychiatric Services are
available to individuals needing an evaluation and monitoring for
psychotropic medications. Psychiatric services are provided by psychiatrists and APRN Staff.
Target Case Management.
Case Managers make sure that as individuals face changes, the resources and
services are also updated to reflect the ongoin adjustments and needs of the individual served.
It is the purpose of B&T Group to empower our clients to live life to the
fullest extent of their capabilities to reduce or eliminate their need for
institutionalization, hospitalization, and make their quality of life a priority.
